Seiyuu: Matsuyama Takashi

Saitou Hajime is the Leader of the Third Unit. He is said to be psychic (has the ability to feel the thoughts of the dead, and even communicate with them). He's an expert at blending into the background, and people rarely ever detect his presence. (he seems to startle people a lot that way, whether he intends to or not)

He dresses in black and rarely laughs (hey, an old-time Goth!), though he seems to enjoy giving Tetsu little shocks by appearing suddenly in front of him. Saito's mysterious manner causes many to keep their distance, which seems to suit him just fine.

This Saitou Hajime is WAY different from the infamous cop in Rurouni Kenshin, so try not to watch PeaceMaker with the RK Saito in mind.
