Seiyuu: Ueda Yuuji

Ichimura Tatsunosuke is the older brother of Ichimura Tetsunosuke, and is "constantly having nervous gastritis over his highly erratic younger brother" (to quote dxmbrbaby).
He seems to be slightly spineless, but does the bast he can to care for his younger brother. He apologizes fervently for the trouble said sibling always causes, and always goes out of his way to set things straight with the offended in question, even going as far as to fake a terminal illness to get Tetsu out of trouble.

Tatsu is not very good with his hands, and is not physically fit, but he does have a knack for numbers- which landed him the job with the Shinsengumi. He also haggles like a housewife over the price of goods (you know, haggling is a lost art!). Tatsu cares deeply about Tetsu, and feels responsible for him.
